Jello Fruit Shake

This is a great recipe because you can even have it during the restricted induction phase of a low carbohydrate diet. I guess you could call it a shake or a smoothie, and it does satisfy your urge for icy cold sweetness.

In advance: Prepare Any Flavor of Sugar Free Jello in advance. You need it to be cold and set before you use it.  Use about 1 cup of prepared jello.

You also need:

  • One cup of cold water or citrus flavor diet drink
  • One cup of ice cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cream
  • 1 Packet of sweetener.

Put it in the blender, and blend the mixture until it is smooth enough to drink. You can also vary the amount of jello for a thicker or thinner shake. This should provide a cold, sweet, & guiltless treat.
