Enjoy Your Steak and Eggs, Dieters!

Scientific studies are publishing data that agrees with what we low carb dieters knew the whole time! According to one study, published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, women on a diet that included red meat lost more weight than women on an equal calorie diet who did not eat red meat! You need to preserve your muscle mass during a diet, and protein helps with that. In addition, red meat tends to satisfy our appetites, and probably cuts cravings down!
